The amenities are nice and staff is helpful. Maintenance responds timely. Can get a little noisy but that’s expected in an apartment full of college students.

everything here is broken. The gym is kept at 74 degrees and is basically unusable. There is constantly broken glass everywhere and an attempted shooting

wish that the bus schedule was longer and the internet was better. This would greatly improve all residents experience and would improve the value of the apartment.

The maintenance team works really hard to make sure things are running properly. The one thing that has to get better is the bus schedule because that’s how people depend on getting to school and it makes it difficult
