I have lived in a 3 bed here for the past year but I am moving out because I just can’t do it anymore. For the past 3 months, Ive had a horrible leak in my bedroom. Anytime it rains, water is pouring in through the ceiling above my window, causing woodrot, mold, soaked carpet, and nasty smells. It ruined some personal items of mine. I submitted multiple maintenance requests because when I signed they promised issues would be solved within 48 hours of a request submitted and my first two got denied because they were too “busy” and my second said completed a month and a half later but all they did was caulk the outside for 2 minutes. They never came in my room to look at the crack in my ceiling or the damage. The next time it rained, the leak was even worse. I thought the complex was nice, the appliances are outdated but they work so I never had an issue with that. I liked it here until the leak situation and how terribly they handled it.

Best Property in Fayetteville!
My experience living here has been nothing short of amazing. The Clubhouse is newly renovated and so nice! They hold a lot of resident events which are fun to attend. My apartment is so spacious and not expensive at all. I have renewed for the past 3 years and renewed again! I love it here.

SO MANY UPGRADES
Have lived here for a year and LOVED the upgraded clubhouse. Can't wait for the brand new gym that they are building too. Unit is dated, but is very spacious. The hot chocolate from the coffee machine is the best when you're waiting for the private shuttle that they offer. 10/10 recommend.

Worst Place Ever?! YES, here's why.
Where do I start? This place is a mess. Everything is filthy and gross. First day of move in I waited for 2 hours being told my place was being cleaned before I was allowed to enter. By the time I enter the apartment the entire place was obviously never cleaned.
How's the management?
HORRIBLE!
How do I even begin. Management gives dates, times, and details of when things will be completed then never follows through. Dozens of residents have been waiting on MAJOR fixes for months that have and will probably NEVER be dealt with. Management will lie and say items are on "backorder" then say they will no longer fix the issue after being asked again.
Apartment conditions?
HORRENDOUS. Upgraded apartments? Yeah right haha. The appliances haven’t been updated since this the place was built and don’t even hope for a new fresh coat of paint like they say. Carpet covered with pee stains, scratch marks all over the walls and doors, floor tiles peeling up, and furniture falling apart.
Ammenties/Parking?
Terrible. Grills are all rusted and broken. Constant issues with the bus not working, Sal the driver is the best and only good thing about this place. The pool is always closed for construction projects. Parking is impossible. Not enough parking for everyone.
Safety/condition of Apartment?
Again Terrible. This place is not well maintained. The stairs across the entire complex are falling apart and have caused a major safety concern. Sidewalks/ parking lots cracked with potholes. Dozen or so apartments have flooded without being properly dealt with. Mold is a major and probable concern to be wary of.
Would I live here? NO

Left me homeless
I had heard terrible things about this management but I didn’t think they would be this cruel. I had been informed, from an employee, that the previous resident on my lease takeover could give me her keys a week early before my move! I mean make sense, it shouldn’t be a big deal…it’s just a lease takeover. Accept it was a big deal and they made me give back the keys. I pleaded to talk to management as I’m a freshly 20 year old woman who is hoursss from home. I offered to pay more fees. But he said he was on lunch lol and that I have to schedule a time to talk later in the week. So glad he was able to enjoy his meal while I figured out where I need to park my car, so I can sleep, in next 6 days. I just really don’t get it. It’s an only a week early, as well as I WAS TOLD INVALID INFORMATION FROM THEM! The least the manager can do is talk to me and now. Not when I’ve already slept in my car for a few days.
