The management is awful. You cannot have any guests over unless you get approval first. But even then, they have a cap on how many the whole complex can have. Any time they try to enforce certain rules, they are very blatantly rude and passive aggressive about it in their texts/ emails. They do not make this place feel like a home.

One the Worst Places in Fayetteville

I was assigned here due to an overcrowding of students in the dorms. At first I believed this place was going to work out well. It looked nice and well kept and was under new management. Boy was I wrong. This place felt very cheap for its price. The maintenance was terrible and took over 2 weeks to fix my heating and cooling system, washer and dryer, and ventilation system numerous times. I was also charged nearly 80 dollars in "cleaning fees" and 45 dollars in "lost plastic wristbands" for the... pool. This was due to a rule that all residents had a wrist band and 2 guest wristbands that must be worn in the pool. This was never enforced. Overall this place seems to only care about money instead of its residents. I would recommend University Housing or some other complex near this location.
