Great amenities and friendly staff

Everyone in the office is so nice and it is very pleasant living here. There is a good gym and a couple places to chill out on each floor. I also enjoy the view the 5th floor. You can see old main and a lot of campus.

This place sucks

management is so rude and inconsiderate. They over charge everyone all the time for the smallest things and the facility is dirty maintance just sits and smokes in the parking lot all day

Friendly Staff, But Poorly Constructed

Cons:
- Printer has not worked in months
- Front building door does not lock
- Doors to the amenities do not lock
- Homeless people occasionally in the garage
- Located across from the USPS distributor for the area (very loud)
- Rent is expensive for the area
Pros:
- Mike, the maintenance guy, is very friendly and out-going. He should own the place.
- Overall clean
- Not too loud
