Property Management Declining and Crime increasing
3/1/25
Over the past three years that I have lived at the Woodland Park Apartments starting in 2021. The Property's Management has declined allowing trash everywhere, loosing control of the pooling having to shut it down, putting band-aids on vital tenant amenities like broken garbage disposals, and keep hiking up rent. Would NOT recommend. Will be moving.

This has been the best place Iâ??ve ever lived. The rent is fair and I feel safe here. My only critique would be that I do not feel the pool was open long enough in the season, nor in the day.
