Woodland Park in Rogers, AR features two and three bedroom townhomes and one and two bedroom flats. These beautiful craftsman style homes are conveniently located off of I49, just minutes from the Tuscany Square shopping district, wonderful dining... options, and so much more!
Property Management Declining and Crime increasing
Over the past three years that I have lived at the Woodland Park Apartments starting in 2021. The Property's Management has declined allowing trash everywhere, loosing control of the pooling having to shut it down, putting band-aids on vital tenant amenities like broken garbage disposals, and keep hiking up rent. Would NOT recommend. Will be moving.
