The parking situation for this apartment is horrible. If I would've known the parking situation would've been this bad, I would've never have signed a lease here.
There aren't enough spots in the general lot for the residents that live here. Which has led to people literally parking their vehicle anywhere they please. Cars are parked in spots designated as moped spots. Cars are parked in handicap spot. Cars are even parked in the middle of the aisles making it to where you can't even pass through.
All of that said, that is not even the worst part of the parking. I recently got a new vehicle and when I went to get another parking pass sticker, they were all out, figures... They wrote a temporary pass for my vehicle. My car got towed from the lot I pay to park in. It cost $115 to get my car from the towing company. The car was towed with the temporary pass in the dash. The staff has been no help with reimbursing me for that fee, even though it is their fault for not having any parking pass stickers.
I would only recommend living here if you get the $20 dollar reserve parking, because the $10 general lot is awful.
Property Manager Responded: We're sorry you are not pleased. Parking is strictly enforced with the use of parking stickers on our property. If a resident loses their sticker or needs a replacement we will gladly order a new one but the stickers do take a few weeks to come in. During this time we issue temporary parking passes with an expiration date. Vehicles with expired parking passes are subject to towing as we must ensure that there are no duplicate passes in our parking lots. Don't fall for the "Luxury" Trap
There are WAY better places in Fayetteville for you to live, I promise. For the rate you'll pay here, you can get way more some where else. The parking alone is reason enough not to live here, seeing as they do not have enough and the set could have been better planned by a monkey with a pencil and some paper. There is no shuttle to campus, which many other complexes have when they are not within walking distance of the center of campus. There are no printers, which is a BASIC college apartment amenity. The building already has issues and smells of gross substances in the hall ways. Even though we have been moved in for over 3 months, things still look half completed in many common areas. The "luxury" experience may have been true before literally anyone moved in, but I am telling you that this is not the case.And in no time, this place will not be somewhere you shouldn't even consider.

I'd Rather Live in a Cardboard Box
This place was literally just built and it's already falling apart. They advertise LUXURY but all you get is SUBPAR at best. Don't waste your money here.

Amazing Staff - VERY modern
The Marshall staff is very friendly and is very understanding when you have questions about signing online! I've never done online leasing before but they made it so easy and such a seamless property. The units are also so modern, which fits my aesthetic.
