This is a lease take over for the rest of the current lease (ends July 31st) as well as the renewed lease for August 1st to July 31st 2027. Base rent right now is 1400, however, it is IMPORTANT to note that I renewed next lease as a TIER ONE rate.... Therefore, rent for the following lease (2026-2027) will be cheaper at 1200.
