Sugartree Apartments

I’m looking for a female roommate to move into my townhouse starting in January 2026. I live close to campus and close to two bus stops, route 26. It’s a two-floored, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse with the following amenities: in-unit washer and... dryer, fully furnished living room and dining area (my own furniture), fully equipped kitchen, small patio, and parking spots.

The rates are: Rent: $886 (you’ll pay 443$), WiFi: $60 (you’ll pay $30), Electricity: ranges from $50-$120 depending on usage. We’ll split each month. I pay all utilities, so my roommate will transfer funds every month.

Few house rules: 1) Must be willing to sign a lease for at least 6 months, 2) I care a lot about cleanliness so the common areas like the kitchen, dining table, living room, and bathrooms must stay clean and neat, 3) Don’t bring any extra furniture for the living room. It's already full. You will only need furniture for your bedroom like a bed, desk, etc, 4) Be mindful when using the washer and dryer and don’t let your clothes sit for more than a day, 5) No pets allowed.
