Hello! My name is Kayley. I am looking for someone, preferable two, to take over my lease for a house in Prairie Grove, AR. It’s about a 20-30 minute drive from UARK . The house is near a state park and their downtown. It’s a... quiet, lovely little neighborhood.

Our lease ends on April 30, 2026. I am looking to move closer to work, but would need to move by November (11/01-11/15). Hence why I am looking for people to take over my portion of the lease.


My roommate currently occupies the master bedroom, and she is willing to pay a bit more of the rent because of that. She has a cat. Queer folks between 21-30 who clean up after themselves and are good with cats will be prioritized

Fenced in backyard with a Granny Smith apple tree and fire pit

Central heat and air (the unit was replaced back in May)
