True to its word, all of the communities that make up Pierce Properties are within walking distance to the... University of Arkansas campus, as well as a number of other local business' and park areas. Pierce Properties consists of 14 communities, all walking distance from the University of Arkansas campus. Of the 14 communities you can choose from studios, one bedrooms two bedrooms, and a three bedroom house.

Paid $50 to apply and was apparently approved on 8/8 but I was never called and the apartment I was approved for was rented to someone else on 8/10. Still cheaper and closer than most of the other apartments in Fayetteville, but after driving between Fort Smith and Fayetteville for weeks for a job expecting to get an apartment and now having to quit that job as I have nowhere to live in Fayetteville and it's too late to get anything decent it's a bit ridiculous especially considering that I'm... still out $50 despite it being their fault.
