Great Complex and Friendly Staff

As a student at the University of Arkansas this is an amazing place to live. Cute furniture, great location and transportation to class! Management is so helpful and responds very quickly. Specifically, a very nice lady named Rome helped my roommates and I when we really needed it and stayed after hours to make sure we got our early move in! Highly recommend!

I have lived here for over a year and enjoyed my time here. The staff is helpful and maintenance gets any requests done same day. I also have used the bus every day to go to class and have saved hundreds by not doing parking at school
