Crafton Place

Crafton Place Apartments is a great place to live! The complex is off Garland Street and is only about a 5 minute drive from campus. It is also near a bus stop, and right on the bike trail. The apartment I live in is on the 2nd floor and is 2bdrs/... 1bath. It has a washer/dryer in unit and a dishwasher. Rent is $480 a month per unit, however, that does not include utilities. It is generally about $300 a month per person. If you are interested, contact me, and come by and check it out for yourself!
I am looking to sublease my 2 bedroom apartment for the summer. My lease is up at the end of august and I will not be resigning, so if you're looking for a great place to live for more than just the summer, this is a great opportunity to be first in line for a nice but cheap apartment that is also close to to campus.
