This apartment building is amazing. The staff is incredible and very kind, the apartments themselves have plenty of room, very clean, and a comfortable environment. Maintenance is quick to come help with any issues you may have, and they remember your names. The residents are also great. There is also a courtesy officer who lives in the building and is quick to help with any problems. Definitely recommend living here!

I have been a resident at Champions for a year and I have really enjoyed my time here. The office staff are all so nice, and eager to help you with any questions. They offer events for residents every now and then every month which is so fun! Have never had to wait longer than a day for maintenance (which is so awesome and helpful & a lot of other complexes around Fayetteville take up to a week to get things fixed). The only thing I wish were different was the amount of guest parking spots... available but this is not a deal breaker! Anytime I know someone is planning to visit I just park my car in one of the guest spots to make sure my guest has a spot to park in. The business center, gym, pool, and study areas are incredible and always well kept. The price is on the higher side of the spectrum but you are paying for quality and it is so worth it! Also, it is on the bus route incase you do not have a car or do not want to take your car to campus (very useful especially during the winter). I've lived here for a year and love it. The office staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and maintenance requests have always been taken care within 24 hours of me submitting them. The complex is also on the bus route, which is a huge plus! The apartments are very clean and nice, and the community is relatively quiet. My only complaint is that there is a train across the street that can be incredibly loud when it comes by, but it's not constant and honestly isn't a deal breaker for me. You... can't beat the amenities like a gym, pool, and free printing, and the fact that your rent covers most of your utilities is amazing.
